Check In 11 AM & Check Out 10 AM. While every effort would be made, you will appreciate that late check out and early check in would be subject to availability.
For reservation of groups of 3 rooms & above 50% of advance payment need to be done which will be non-refundable for 72 hours prior to arrival.
In absence of arrival details/timings and mobile number of the guest, the room reservation will be deemed as guaranteed upto 15:00 hrs only, and may be released thereafter.
We may request you to guarantee your reservation Credit Card details or Company Guarantee by an authorised individual.
Check-In between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM or Check-Out between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM (2-hour grace period) will not attract any early check-in / late check-out surcharge.
Check-In between 6:00 AM and 9:00 AM or Check-Out between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM will be charged 50% of the rate applicable.
Check-In before 6:00 AM (the room would need to be booked from the previous date) or Check-Out after 2:00 PM will be charged 100% of the rate applicable.
Check-Out earlier than the confirmed Check-Out date, without prior written intimation given before Check-In, will be liable to a retention charge of 50% of the rate applicable.
Cancellation of a confirmed booking within 72 hours of arrival, or a No Show, will be charged 1 night’s retention.
Storing of articles of a combustible or hazardous nature in the guest room or the hotel premises is strictly prohibited. Arms & Ammunition is not allowed.
In the loss of key card, Rs.500 per key card would be charged.
Current government regulations require all guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. This could be passport (mandate for foreigners or international passport holders), Driving license, Voter ID card, Aadhar card which has an address proof. PAN card is not acceptable currently.
